Vineyards in mountainous Nemea, in the communities of Asprokampos and Psari.
Pre-fermentation cold extraction for a short period of time, making use of analytical data. Subsequently, the vinification temperature does not exceed 25°C. The recycling rate during the extraction and the point of separation is decided on after chemical analyses and organoleptic tests. The new wine is poured into oak barrels, where it remains and matures for about 12 months. During the ageing, regular check-ups are performed in order to decide on necessary interventions (transfusions, ventilation, battonage, etc.).
Dry red wine, exuberant and balanced. Aromas of ripe red fruits, with strong notes of wild cherry that blend harmoniously with aromas of clove, vanilla and spices, revealing a complex aromatic bouquet. It is noted for its rich complex taste and its extremely elegant structure.
Combines perfectly with game, beef fillets, grilled meats, meats with red spicy sauces, and a tray of cheeses or cold cuts.
