After careful sorting of the grapes in the vineyard and at the winery, vinification of each variety takes place separately. After light pressing of the grapes, the must is extracted, followed by alcoholic fermentation at a low temperature, after which the new wine remains in contact with the lees for a few weeks.
Pale yellow colour with green highlights. Very clear nose of medium-high intensity foregrounding pear and green apple, with rose and white pepper in the background. Light-bodied, with a cool and peppery taste. A wine with rich aromatic potential, characterised by aromas of evening primrose and rose petal, framed by notes of citrus and tropical fruits. It is distinguished for its cool and elegant taste and its long aftertaste.
Mediterranean cuisine, seafood, grilled fish, fresh salads and pasta. Also drunk as an Aperitif.
