Asprokampos, privately owned vineyard using the LYRE vine training system on the Stymfalia plateau
After careful sorting of the grapes, the two varieties undergo co-fermentation, which includes a brief pre-fermentation cold extraction, followed by alcoholic fermentation at a temperature not exceeding 25° C, with a total extraction time of about two weeks and final maturation of the wine for 10 months in French oak barrels with a capacity of 225 litres.
Bright, purple colour, aromas of ripe red fruits, with notes of eucalyptus, vanilla and dark chocolate. Rich and complex mouthfeel, with good balance, soft tannins and long aftertaste.
Ideal with red meats, dishes with red sauces, aubergines imam, cheese dishes, and cold cuts.
