Strofilia loves innovation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the start of this century, Strofilia made a pioneering choice for the design installation of its new vineyards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We reduced planting density and shaped the stem wall, following Professor Carbonneau’s LYRE system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The aim was to achieve the optimal biological balance of the plants in order to communicate the special characteristics of each vineyard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then, the Strofilia science team applied innovative techniques of Analytical Chemistry and Sensory Analysis to its new wines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The goal is to listen to the history of each vine and to respect its characteristics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Strofilia team takes great pleasure in inviting you to the annual Christmas Party it is organising at its winery in Anavyssos, on Sunday, December 15, 2019, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year we welcome Santa Claus and his elves to Strofilia.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Santa Claus will walk among the children with his bell, distributing gifts and telling stories from the North Pole. At the same time, Santa Claus\u2019s Elf will transform children’s faces with unique face painting, and will create Christmas constructions with them.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dreamway:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Start: 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.
Duration: 120 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the celebration, a tasting of the company’s wines will take place at the winery, along with a tasting of Greek products, such as cold cuts, cheeses, and other delicacies, different types of baked goods and traditional pies from the \u2018Damases\u2019 bakery.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout the event, our oenologists will initiate you into the secrets of winemaking, through guided tours that will take place at the winery.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
