Mediterranean cuisine, sea food, roast fish, fresh salads and pasta.

It can also be served with aromatic vegetable or sea food risottos and white meats.

Asprokampos: “Vidia” vineyard on the Stymphalia plateau, grown in deep, clay,

alkaline soil, rich in calcium carbonate. The production does not exceed 9000 kg/ha. The area’s climate is characterized by cold winters, with plenty of rain and snow, cool springs and dry summers, with high temperatures in the daytime and cooler nights.
