Mamousia (Roditis): Vineyards in the area of mountainous Egialia.
Asprokampos (Sauvignon Blanc): Vineyard at an altitude of 800 m, on the Stymfalia plateau, using the LYRE vine training system
Vinification takes place separately for each variety. After careful sorting of the grapes in both the vineyard and the winery, pre-fermentation cold extraction occurs for a few hours, with light pressing of the grapes to extract only the first juice. The fermentation temperature ranges from 16°-18°C and is completed after a period of about 15 days.
Light green-yellow colour. A fresh and lively aromatic character with predominantly citrus aromas, pear aromas with pleasant acidity and a soft aftertaste of herbs and mineral notes from Roditis.
It is an excellent choice for seafood, grilled fish and fried appetisers while being a pleasing accompaniment to salads and pasta. It is also delicious in combination with the lemon-cooked dishes of Greek cuisine.
