Asprokampos: Vineyards on the Stymfalia plateau
After careful sorting of the grapes, the two varieties undergo co-fermentation, which includes pre-fermentation cold extraction for about three days, then alcoholic fermentation at a temperature not exceeding 25° C, with a total extraction period of about two weeks. Before bottling, the new wine remains in oak barrels for about three months.
Deep red colour, aromas of ripe red fruits, with notes of herbs, caramel butterscotch and vanilla. Aromatic and complex sensations in the mouth, with good balance, volume, soft tannins and long aftertaste.
Ideal accompaniment for red meats, traditional stuffed vegetables, as well as pasta with meat or tomato and cheese dishes – cold cuts.
